Scheduled - All customers will be scheduled for a platform upgrade over the next six months. Email notifications will be sent with migration dates and an accompanying help center article with more information.
Key details to note: - We reserve the right to reschedule your migration at any time. If this occurs, you will be notified of your new migration date. - On your scheduled migration date, the platform upgrade will occur automatically over a weekend (Friday night through Sunday evening). - During the migration window, users should not create new records or edit existing ones. Users who normally have access to create or edit records will temporarily lose that ability until the migration is complete. - We will not redirect user traffic. Instead, a banner will appear in your environment to notify users that creating or editing records (vendors, requests, POs, invoices, etc.) is unavailable during the migration. - For additional details on changes introduced with this upgrade, please refer to our Help Center article here - http://bit.ly/47IvMet

Update: The issue impacting Global Search indexing has now been resolved. Global Search results should be returning as expected.

Engineering is currently investigating an issue with the Global Search indexing, where some results may not appear. Aiming to restore global search feature as soon as possible.
